Olav Hypher is the Director of Sustainability and Organization at NRK, and the Chairman of the Board at HR Norge. He joined NRK's senior management when the organizational division was established in 2019. Prior to this, he has many years of experience as a leader at Statkraft and Telenor, focusing on areas such as communication, sustainability, compliance, security, and HR. Olav holds an MBA in Strategic Management from NHH.
