Iceland’s dedication to both gender parity and inclusion is further demonstrated through its Inclusion Index, which measures broader aspects of equality beyond pay equity.

However, achieving genuine inclusion goes beyond pay equity and gender parity. It requires ongoing effort, transparency, and a shift in how businesses approach diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI).
