The world of work has irrevocably changed, covid has left a legacy of unknowns for us to navigate as we transition from what was previously accepted to a new normal. For many of us, work is no longer where we go, but something we do. Our views and feelings towards our careers and employers have been influenced by our experiences over the last year and in some cases our priorities have realigned. So how can HR and people leaders at all levels shape the new future?
