Agile Essentials program with HR Norge

Join the Agile HR Essentials interactive, fun and fast-paced in-person training. This learning is a blended training program with digital pre-studies followed by a 1.5 days live learning session in Oslo and a kick-off (remote, virtual) 30 minutes.

  • The Agile mindset
  • Agile practices such as building of a backlog, prioritising and thinking what to deliver first
  • Planning your work as a sprint
  • We will exercise Agile ways of working together, and you’ll understand how we can in HR build our services and products in a stepwise manner. This is called working in Sprints.
  • How to setup reviews with your team.
  • Improving your team work and collaboration through retrospectives.
  • We will also do “rapid research” into your own domain area + Agile HR

Riina Hellström is recommended internationally as a brilliant agile enterprise coach, speaker and modern HR professional, who helps organisations adopt an Agile mindset and Agile practices across their business. Her motto is Co-creating a healthy future of work”. She is a global pioneer in Agile HR and the Founder of Agile HR Community, providing certified Agile trainings tailored for HR and business professionals (non-tech). Agile HR Community works with exciting organisational development projects across Fortune 500 companies. Riina is the co-author of the book "Agile HR - Deliver value in a changing world of work" which has become the go-to Agile HR handbook. Riina holds several Agile trainer licenses and a double Master's degree (in Technology and Applied Neuroscience). When having free time, she loves spending time on an island in the Finnish archipelago with her family.

You’ll experience very practical hands-on learning, delivered by a global pioneer in the field of Agile HR, Riina Hellström.
