People Development Specialist

As our new People Development Specialist, you will also be accountable for the smooth execution of people processes, in addition, to following up on new initiatives needed to meet the needs of our organization.

Some of the responsibilities of the position include:

  • Be responsible for our People Development programs included in our yearly People Development wheel - Employee dialogues, Employee Survey, Org Reviews.
  • Lead the efforts to build up managerial capabilities in people leaders, so that teams are able to grow healthily, be motivated and engaged to deliver impactful results
  • Work closely with leaders to diagnose team needs and create clear learning strategies aligned to the business goals, especially within the Product and Engineering team
  • Identify knowledge gaps, design and propose sustainable development programs that address the root cause in these gaps, and build and maintain high-performance teams
  • Work closely with our HR Business Partners on the creation, delivery, and effectiveness measurement of innovative learning and performance support solutions
  • Measure success, using data to provide insights, redesign content, and influence priorities of key stakeholders

In order to succeed in this position, you will need

  • Min 10 years of Human Resources experience, with employee- and leadership development
  • Proven experience in strategic and practical aspects of learning & development
  • Experience in a global environment
  • Experience from the Software industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a high level of professionalism
  • Result oriented
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Engaging and proactive team player
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
