Your main responsibility will be to ensure continuous development of employee performance to meet the overall targets for Sector Alarm. You will develop and own processes and systems to meet business requirements and secure efficient use of the HR systems throughout the organization.
Our new Head of People Performance has solid experience from the development and implementation of new digital HR systems, preferably Workday. You have implemented cross-company new ways of working, been responsible for the implementation of large-scale projects and developed, standardized and professionalized HR processes. You have experience from training and development design and execution, learning platforms, tools and systems in a global perspective. You need to possess excellent collaboration skills, strong technical skills, a positive attitude, and you need to thrive in a dynamic and ambitious work environment. You are a hands-on leader with the ability to build strong confidence throughout the organization.
Our Head of People Performance will manage a team of five dedicated resources and report to the CHRO and will work closely with both our executive management team, as well as the HR Directors and key stakeholders throughout the organization and be a valuable part of our Group HR team.
