HR Norge is the Norwegian member organization for human resources professionals. HR Norge counts close to 3000 company and individual members from both private and public sector, thus constituting the country’s largest HR and management network.

• HR Norway offers useful and practical–oriented knowledge development within the field of HR and management at all levels.
• We offer conferences, courses, member assemblies etc in addition to reports and continuously updated information on our website and phone support within labour law and other HR services.

Our weekly newsletter goes out to more than 13 000 subscribers, keeping them up to speed on the latest news within HR. This makes us the leading group and a point of reference in Norway regarding the development, supervision and mediation of relevant HR information. We do research and surveys, participate actively in the public debate, set the agenda and introduce the latest HR trends. HR Norge also facilitates networks and cooperates with international HR networks. This provides our members with research results and HR experience from Norway, Europe and the rest of the world.

Our two main events also are the two largest HR-conferences in Norway.

Both are annual events, usually arranged in respectively fall and mid-winter.

In addition to these broad scoped conferences, we support our members in development of their HR competencies through several other conferences, meetings, networks, courses and educational programs.

Every year we award the prestigious prizes: “Competency and training award”, “The Art of Management” and "The HR Award".

HR Norway is a non-profit organization, which means that all added values is channeled back to our members through continued updates on HR developments and other member benefits.
